We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by the local municipal Metropolitan Municipality or any of its waste-management departments, drop-off facilities, transfer stations or landfill sites. References to local municipal facilities (including but not limited to Atlantis, Belhar, Bellville South, De Grendal, Delft, Faure, Gordon's Bay, Hout Bay, Induland, Kensington, Killarney, Kommetjie, Kraaifontein, Macassar, Mitchells Plain, Prince George Drive, Ravensmead, Retreat, Schaapkraal, Sea Point, Simon's Town, Swartklip, Tygerdal, Vissershok and Woodstock drop-offs / transfer stations / landfills) are used solely for identification purposes — to indicate where rubble can lawfully be disposed of in Roodepoort.

2. How we use local municipal facility names

We list municipal facility names, addresses and the public switchboard number (0860 103 089) so customers can verify drop-off options. This is permitted under section 34(2)(c) of the South African Trade Marks Act 194 of 1993 (the spare-parts / information-use carve-out) and corresponds to the international doctrine of nominative fair use.

3. No municipal warranty implied

Facility hours, fees and accepted-waste categories are subject to change by the City of Roodepoort at any time. We make a good-faith effort to keep the listed information current, but always confirm directly with the facility before driving there. We make no warranty as to municipal pricing, opening hours, or whether a specific facility will accept your waste type.

4. We are not a municipal contractor

Rubble Removal Roodepoort is not a contracted refuse collection service of the City of Roodepoort. We operate as a private, paid-for-service operator and route work to vetted independent rubble-removal contractors within our pay-per-lead network.

5. Lawful disposal commitment

All rubble collected through our service is tipped at local municipal-authorised drop-off or landfill facilities, never at unauthorised or illegal dumping locations. We retain disposal slips on request.

6. Imagery

Photographs on the site are a mix of authentic on-site photos and AI-generated illustrative imagery. AI-generated images are intended to be representative of typical rubble-removal scenes and are not depictions of specific local municipal facilities, staff or branded vehicles.
