How demolition and clearance is priced
The cart-away part is priced by the load, so you've got a clear starting point:
- Small bakkie load (about 1 m³)from R650 – R900
- Half tipper-truck load (about 3 m³)R1,200 – R1,800
- Full tipper-truck load (about 6 m³)R2,000 – R3,500
When there's demolition involved too, we add the takedown labour and quote it all as a single price after a quick look or a few photos — no hidden extras and no separate tip fee, because legal disposal is built in.
